We have customized each of our food service concepts to our specific clients. We
operate three (3) facilities in Oklahoma. These range from a quick Deli to a
full line Cafeteria. In our facilities we have the following points of service:

Breakfast Bar |
|
|
Breakfast items will be
sold ala carte on our breakfast buffet. The selections will be breakfast
favorites such as Biscuits, Gravy, Bacon, Sausage and a daily featured Breakfast
Sandwich.We will also have the Grill
open for breakfast where guests can have their food cooked to order just the way
they like it.
Breakfast selections will
include bagels, pastries, seasonal fruits, cereals and more. |

The Fresh Grill |
|
|
The Fresh Grill will
feature daily items such as Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Country Steaks, Chicken
Fingers, Chicken Breast, French Fries, Tator Tots, Onion Rings and other fast
food choices, including a featured Daily Special.
At the Fresh Grill you will
also be able to get a fresh made deli style sandwich on your choice of fresh
breads and buns. We feature quality and
prepared to order just the way the customer wants it. |

The Hot Spot will have an ever changing menu, featuring favorite home cooked
meals such as Meatloaf, Marinated Chicken Breast, Indian Tacos, Taco Salads,
Country Fried Steaks, an assortment of steamed and cooked vegetables and many
other home cooked selections.

Garden Emporium |

Our garden fresh salad bar will be stocked with fresh vegetables, fruits and
specialty salads. We will feature favorite dressing’s and condiments that will
give our healthy eaters plenty of variety. A hot soup will be provided during
the fall and winter seasons to complete our Soup and Salad selections.

Menu Selection
Providing our customers with the selections they want is key to having a
successful food service program. We are constantly looking for new recipes and
restaurant quality selections. Our cycle menu changes with the seasons and
weekly. Our managers review the choices to ensure the customers have a good
selection of offerings to choose from.

- Many of our guests choose a healthy lifestyle. For these guests we have
developed our Healthy Habits selections.
- We provide nutritional information on our selections and ensure that our daily
menus include offering for our health conscience guests to choose from.
- Look for our Healthy Habits log and Frequency card for Healthy Habits
selections.
Catering/Banquet Menus
Catering and Banquets are an important part of our foodservice program. We will
provide a professional and experienced staff that will assess your specific
logistics, objectives and budget, then plan an event worthy of your most special
of guests.
To list all of the elements that goes into planning an event would take several

We have a full
range of experience in catering, from one person to up to 6000. We have served
wedding receptions, black tie formals, employee Christmas parties, picnics,
annual board meetings and often the Governor of Oklahoma.
If you have
special event needs, we make it our priority to make it a fun and stress free
event for you.
Marketing & Promotions
We like to have fun at work. To keep things fun and exciting for both the
customers and our staff, we plan monthly special promotions. These promotions
coincide with holidays, plant events or just something fun to do. We build our
annual calendars to include our special events and marketing promotions.
