Great Plains Sponsors Annual Haunt the Zoo 10/26/2009 OKLAHOMA CITY – Great Plains Coca-Cola is proud to be a sponsor of the Oklahoma City Zoo’s 26th annual Haunt the Zoo event for 2009. Haunt the Zoo for Halloween will run Monday, October 26 through Saturday, October 31 starting at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 8:30 p.m. nightly. Haunt the Zoo establishes a safe environment for trick-or-treaters to have fun without worry. There will be many booths and props decorated in Halloween style for the children to receive treats from friendly volunteers. Also, the zoo grounds are patrolled for your safety and candy is stored and distributed safely and securely. Admission for Haunt the Zoo is $6 per child for tickets pre-purchased from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. through October 31. Or, $7 per child for tickets purchased during the event. Discount coupons for $1 off event admission are available (while supplies last) at all metro-area Kohl’s stores. Admission includes an official treat bag. Accompanying adults, 18 years of age or older are admitted free. Stroller rental will be available. Haunt the Zoo is a special event that requires separate admission–ZooFriends memberships do not apply.
